Catherine Jaeger, PTO Board Contact Library Volunteer Schedule Coordinator Chairs: Allison Chao Time commitment heavy at beginning of school year. Once master schedule is developed ~ 6 hrs. per month (including ½ hr each week to send out shift reminders). • Works with librarian at beginning of the year to create library volunteer shifts • Communicates with room parents to obtain volunteers from each classroom. • Solicits for additional library volunteers • Creates and distributes volunteer schedule throughout the school year. • Communicates with volunteers regarding scheduling needs/changes.
